Jay Laga'aia is the Managing Director and Co-Founder of MPERS International and the Survivor Watch brand. Jay was one of the original creators of the first personal emergency watch which was launched in Dubai in 2015 with UAE Telco giants Etisalat. His innovative concepts in technology and forward thinking has moulded the new direction of the company to provide consumers with a world leading watch brand (Samsung) combined with Australia's most advanced 24/7 monitoring center (Telstra SNP Monitoring) for personal safety and emergency.  


Sy Laga'aia has over 30 years experience in the field of security, investigations and personal protection. The highlights of his career included 7 years in the USA as a VIP Consultant and Bodyguard for Diplomats, Royalty and VIP celebrities, the Sydney Olympic Games in 2000 and the launch of the worlds first personal emergency watch at Gitex with UAE Telco giants Etisalat in Dubai.


Annie Clark is our Chief Psychologist. She has 20 years experience and specialises in the areas of Depression, Anxiety, and Trauma Counselling. She is a registered Psychologist with Medicare, Victim's Services and NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme). Annie is a Member of the Australian Psychological Society. She has Sydney practice locations in Parramatta and Randwick, and can also conduct phone and internet counselling for interstate, country or overseas clients. 


With over 40 years experience within the Security, Risk and WHS industry, we have appointed John Murray as our Security and Risk Expert. John's expertise within these three areas encompass both private and corporate clients including the Packer Organisation and Westfield Corporation. 


Alan Kilgour has been in the security industry for over 3 decades as a security company owner, consultant and a highly sought after international covert operator. Alan has provided CPP for several corporations and private families across Australia and abroad. His clientele include Government Officials, VIP members of SOCOG, Dignitaries and members of Royalty.


Paula is passionate about Anti-Bullying as she had been a victim of Bullying growing up as a child in School as well as seeing it played out in the workforce. Paula understands the short and long-term detrimental effects Bullying has on Mental, Emotional, Physical, Spiritual and Financial well-being. Over the years Paula has gained various qualifications to equip herself and her clients with right tools in protecting themselves against these toxic behaviours. 


Anne Dao is a media figure, advocate and survivor of domestic violence who is using her experience in media and entertainment to raise awareness of this heinous crime amongst the youth. Anne is fluent in Vietnamese and will become a regular face across social media and at special events for the brand, with exclusive interviews of our Ambassadors and presenting at our annual events. Her appointment as Media Chief will allow her to work more closely with a variety of media outlets across the country. 


James Biesterfeld has 45 years of experience in the Security and Intelligence Field including 20 years in the US Army where he served as a Criminal Investigator and a Special Agent in the Intelligence field. James specialties includes Counter-Terrorism, Intelligence/Counter-intelligence operations (to include counter-espionage), Specialised Security/CT training, Advance Operations for protection operations and special operations.  


Anthony Sarabi is our National Business Development Manager for Australia. With over 20 years experience, Anthony has a corporate and government background in safety and quality management. When voip started in the early 2000's, he was involved with Cisco enterprise systems used by many companies today. As our Business Development Manager, his role is to develop new business and support sales teams around Australia.


Rachelle Canaan is our Sales and Communications Manager with a solid and varied background in sales. She has also worked in HR in commercial and private projects. Rachelle has a wide exposure to systems and marketing tools including SAP, Linked In. As our S&C Manager Rachelle’s role is to identify the needs of the end user, tailor a best fit solution and drive sales.



Dean Tomich has been in the CCTV Surveillance industry for over 20 years. His knowledge in camera surveillance systems, hardware and entrepreneurial background has helped him build a successful career in both the residential and commercial market for surveillance systems.  


Paul McQuaid is our specialist with over 15 years in the ambulance industry. When it comes to training for Paramedics or new recruits in this field, Paul is highly recommended. Paul currently works as a Special Ops Paramedic and also at major events. During his spare time he volunteers with children in sport. 


Eddy is our Chief Instructor for our exclusive CQC (Close Quarters Combat) program for survivors of violent crimes. This exclusive program was created with the survivors in mind for their own personal protection and safety. Eddy is also our Senior Recruitment Manager for members of our Special Ops Team.
